3. Within 10 business days of purchase, your song will be added to these playlists. You will receive an email telling you which playlists you were added to.

What are ongoing campaigns?

You can pick between 'ongoing' and 'one-time' campaigns. One-time campaigns last for 30 days, and then you'll be removed from playlists.

We believe in long-term campaigns and results. With ongoing campaigns, you pay a discounted monthly rate to stay on our playlists as long as you are subscribed. We'll re-optimize your playlist placements to hit the estimated stream target every month, not just one time.

Ongoing campaigns are risk-free - you can cancel any time, whenever you like.

What playlists will I get on?

Your music will be pitched internally to our playlists and added to the most relevant ones.

We have hundreds of playlists across all major genres and niches across many different accounts.

Please note that we may use multiple tracks to fulfill your placements if we deem it necessary.

Will I get bot plays?

Absolutely NOT! Bot plays ruin your chances on getting on algorithmic playlists and earn you no royalties.

Are you compliant with streaming provider's terms and conditions?

Yes - we work hard to be a reliable source of organic music exposure that complies with the terms of service of distributors and streaming platforms.

We believe that your promotion options should never be limited to 'pitching to editorials', which always favors big/established/signed artists. You deserve to have as many options available to you as possible for promoting your music in a legitimate, reliable and dependable way.

For example, Spotify advises against using services that guarantee streams. It is for this reason that we DO NOT guarantee this, but rather give you an estimate of what you can expect to see based on the thousands of campaigns we've done for artists of all genres.

You can cancel your ongoing campaign or subscription any time through your Boost Collective account or by emailing our customer service team.

Yes. We guarantee your music will not get taken down from your distributor as an outcome of our promotion, or you get your full money back.
